We are looking for suitable candidates that can start ASAP. What You Would Do as a Mental Health Support Worker (Bristol):

The role primarily involves supporting students in the classroom with their mental health, assisting with their education and training. These students have trouble processing and regulating their emotions due to childhood trauma, which causes stress, anxiety, and depression. You will help them process and regulate their emotions. You will shadow the class teacher and provide support with general classroom duties while being surrounded by like-minded professionals and benefiting from excellent education and training opportunities. The Successful Mental Health Support Worker Will:

Be open-minded, resilient, confident, and determined to help others. Flexibility to adapt your role to fit the needs of each child is essential. Previous experience working with children with mental health needs is desirable but not essential. A good attitude and a passion for making a difference are most important. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience making an impact while being exposed to various teaching methods and techniques to assist children with their mental health needs. You will also have the chance to shadow other professionals in the field and explore other specialties. Graduates in a related field are encouraged to apply.
