to support individuals in our

Dumfries service

The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their mental health concerns, learning disabilities and mobility issues, but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life! They enjoy lots of different activities, including going out for lunch, picnics, art groups, swimming, baking, going out for walks, jigsaws and watching movies. They’re always up for trying new things, so we’re looking for inventive people to join our amazing team of healthcare professionals. Our Support Team works together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes and receive care and support that is tailored to their individual needs. This can include supporting with: Medication administration Cooking Personal care Maintaining the homes of people supported and helping to manage their finances Our team provides support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for

flexibility

to work a variety of shifts, including some

weekends

and occasional

Perhaps you have previous experience as a

Care Assistant

or

Support Worker , or you’ve worked alongside individuals in the

NHS

or

Prison Service

with

addictions , or who have different

mental health

or

complex care

requirements. We would also welcome applications from resilient individuals with

transferable skills

from other sectors as we will provide all the training you need to be successful in your role.
