We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to residents with complex mental health needs. Assist residents in their daily activities and promote independence. Implement personalised care plans and ensure the well-being of each resident. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Monitor and report on residents' progress and any changes in their condition. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Requirements:

Previous experience in working with individuals with mental health needs is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Proficiency in active listening and the ability to read body language. Relevant qualifications in health and social care are desirable. Benefits:

Competitive salary of £11.50 - £12.00 per hour. Full-time position with 36 hours per week. Annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks (28 days) pro-rated to the number of hours / days worked.
