We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Support Workers at
Lighthouse Care ! Lighthouse provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse. Our ideal support worker will:
Have more than 6 months experience working within services supporting those with mental health issues and or substance misuse Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more! Example resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge Salary and Hours
Hourly Rate:
£12.00ph Shift Patterns:
8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am Contract Types:
Full time, Part time and Bank contracts available Benefits and Rewards
