Job Type: Full-time, long-term assignment with potential for permanent placement

Salary: £12 - £15 per hour (experience-dependent)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join their team, providing personalised support to help students thrive both academically and emotionally.

Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups to address their emotional, social and academic needs. Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning interventions and ensuring students are fully engaged. Managing challenging behaviours calmly and positively, promoting self-regulation and resilience. Building strong, trusting relationships with students, providing guidance and encouragement. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to implement individualised plans. What You Can Bring to the Role:
