No sponsorship available Location – Wisbech Night shifts 8pm-8:30am We are looking to recruit Children’s support workers to support our incredible young people in day-to-day activities of living. Do you have the empathy, compassion, resilience, and positive parenting skills required to help support young people and change their lives for the better? Here, you’ll join a supportive driven team, helping and guiding young children of a mixed gender who are experiencing mental health challenges. The home provides full funding for NVQ3 in Children and Young People to progress within their career. Duties

Care plans and documentation completed and updated To work with firm and consistent boundaries in order to create safety and containment for the child as part of the staff team, within CAMHS policy and statute and as part of the children’s Treatment Plan. To work alongside the child to help develop a true sense of identity and self-worth. To talk and listen to the child, to observe their behaviour, and record significant features. To work within Child Protection/Safeguarding policy and practice. To be aware of the child’s rights and to work in an anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive manner. To assist in preparation for reviews, meetings and attend when required. Approachable towards the team and children Hands-on professional role model adaptable and able to read situations and help our young people make positive choices. Who are we?
