As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll help the people we support on their journey to greater independence, guiding them through daily living tasks and celebrating every step of their mental health recovery. What You’ll Do:

Support daily living:

Assist residents with cooking, attending appointments, managing medication, and budgeting. Encourage independence:

Help residents re-learn and develop new skills in a supportive environment. Promote community engagement:

Encourage participation in activities like grocery shopping, family visits, leisure outings, and education. Collaborate with the team:

Work closely with colleagues to review support plans and provide person-centred care. Maintain accurate records:

Ensure detailed, factual record-keeping while adhering to safeguarding and confidentiality policies. What We Offer:

Complete the Care Certificate, behavior support, first aid, and more. Opportunities to advance with apprenticeships in Health and Social Care (Levels 2, 3, and 5). Career progression:
