to provide essential support to students across schools in South Shields. About the Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will work closely with children who have

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) , complex learning disabilities, and

Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) . You'll play a pivotal role in delivering personalized support that helps students build self-esteem, achieve their goals, and develop a love for learning. Key Responsibilities

Mental Health Support:

Offer vital support to students with SEMH needs in various school settings. Tailored Assistance:

Provide individualized care for students with ASC, complex learning needs, and EHCPs. Collaborative Work:
