Job overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator who has a strong sense of initiative and an excellent team working ability to join our Mental Health Together team.
Mental Health Together is a new service to improve the way people are supported with their mental health in the community. It gives people faster access to care that is more personalised, with support from one place so someone won’t deal with lots of different organisations for each part of the help they are offered.
The team comprises consultant psychiatrists, community psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, support workers, and administrative staff.
Be the friendly voice answering phones and responding to inquiries.
Manage the team's schedule, efficiently booking appointments for our service users.
Prepare and meticulously maintain clinical records and correspondence.
Process referrals received to the service.
Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks required to support the team.

Person specification Experience
Experience in administration and administrative work.
Experience of working in a health or social care setting.
Knowledge and Skills
IT skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
Booking and diary management knowledge.

27 days for full time or pro rata if part time.
After 5 years NHS service:
29 days full time or pro rata if part time.
After 10 years NHS service:
33 days full time or pro rata if part time.
