- Your role as a Mental Health Support assistant will be to help the children in the classroom cope with their processing and working through their emotions.
- Your role as a Mental Health Support assistant will be to support these students throughout the school day with not only their course work but you will also provide them with a saf.
Skills and requirements
- Not only will this role provide you with excellent experience working with vulnerable children, you will also leave at the end of the day knowing that you made a positive differenc.
- They should have some experience working with children in general but experience working with children with additional needs will be advantageous.
- Support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
- Relevant care, clinical.
