With a strong pipeline of projects locked in for the local area, this builder is expanding their local team with a new MEP Construction Manager position being established in the business due to ongoing growth.
The builder has been established for 100+ years, has shown strong year-to-year profit, and has built long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Life & Science, Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Residential, Healthcare, and Retail sectors.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, delivery-focused MEP Construction Manager to work on a flagship £50m MOD, RAF new build project near Swindon with a MEP value of £15m.
In this role, you will be supported onsite by a Senior Building Services Manager, with your scope focused on working with subcontractors to meet program deadlines through a relationship-based management approach.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who is strong on delivery, pushes a program, and enjoys working on defence projects.
