As an
MEP Contracts Manager , you will play a crucial role in the success of multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Estimating & Costing:
Assess and price projects accurately to ensure viability and profitability. Project Management:
Oversee multiple M&E contracts, coordinating teams and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Team Leadership:
Manage supervisors, engineers, electricians, and apprentices while maintaining a productive and efficient workforce. Client & Stakeholder Liaison:
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce industry regulations, produce
RAMS , and promote a safe working environment. What We re Looking For
5+ years of experience
in an MEP Contracts Manager or senior supervisory role. Proven ability to
estimate project costs
with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong
leadership and people management skills , capable of overseeing multiple teams. Extensive knowledge of
health & safety regulations
in the building services sector. Industry connections
