Hays Construction are delighted to be working alongside this leading Liverpool based Contractor, in recruiting for an MEP Co-ordinator to join their team.
Based in Merseyside, this Contractor works across the Northwest but is looking for an experienced MEP professional for a prestigious project in Liverpool City Centre. You will be a qualified M&E professional, from either an Electrical or Mechanical discipline, and you will have worked in either a design co-ordination (MEP), or leadership role previously.
We are looking for somebody who can be an MEP interface and can advise and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, in relation to all M&E matters on a high-profile New Build Construction project.
You must be a leader and have strong advisory skills and have a robust understanding of the construction process; from design, pre-construction, programming and commerciality. You will support the design co-ordination of live projects and report into the senior leadership team.
To be considered for the role, you will be an accomplished and experienced MEP professional and have the necessary skills and qualifications for the role. You must have Commercial New Build project experience and must have worked in a management role previously.
You'll be a key part of the organisation and will be fundamental in supporting the future growth, development and delivery of significant projects for the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join a really great business.
