Job Title - Mechanical, Engineering and piping (MEP) Lead role. Location - Macclesfield, UK Blackfield Associates are currently supporting a prestigious construction/engineering specialist with a project for a highly recognised global pharmaceutical company to recruit an MEP Lead on a permanent basis in Macclesfield. Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for MEP Project delivery. Promote the application of the Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures. Ensure MEP teams are Managing their Projects according to procedures. Support the planning for key building services resources. Ensure teams focus on recognizing and mitigating project risks. Requirements – To excel in this role you should have the following: 10+ years managing complex MEP projects across phases. Strong understanding of MEP supply chain. In-depth knowledge of safety policies and practices. Mechanical/Electrical Academic or MEP Technical Qualification. Skilled in Planning, Project Management.
