You will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to the success of their exciting and challenging projects, while working with a dynamic and innovative team that makes a positive impact on the built environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading the MEP design and coordination efforts for assigned projects, ensuring that the design is in compliance with all applicable codes and standards Managing and coordinating with other project team members including architects, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality MEP designs and systems Developing and reviewing design calculations, plans, specifications, and reports Preparing cost estimates and participating in project budgeting Conducting site visits to review construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering 5+ years of experience in MEP design and project management Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health disciplines Knowledge of building codes and standards Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Competitive salary and benefits package coupled with ongoing training and development opportunities.
