MEP Project Manager
to join a leading MEP Contractor delivering innovative projects within the residential, hospitality, education, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
Ideally, candidates will have experience working as a
MEP Project Manager
on large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
In this role, you will oversee the installation/management of Mechanical & Electrical systems on site, ensure site safety, drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, manage project schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee day-to-day site operations on a £40 Million Pharmaceutical project.
Ideally, the
MEP Project Manager
should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar position and should come from a trade background or be degree-qualified.
MEP Project Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials. Liaising with clients over design variations. Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors). Ensuring projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget. Ensuring health & safety is followed at all times. Managing weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
MEP Project Manager Requirements:
3-7 years’ experience required. Strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Proven record in coordinating and managing large projects.
