MEP Project Manager/TSM - JANUARY START
Central London
£90,000 Basic Salary plus benefits package
A top 10 UK Main Contractor are looking for a MEP PM to join them in the New Year. The role will come close to a Technical Services Manager (TSM) in terms of day to day tasks, so if that's your background we are keen to discuss the role with you.
You will join them starting on a £115m project in Central London. The project itself is ultra high end mixed use, with some residential units and a hotel on the upper floors. The project is moving to fit out in late February, so the idea is to have you start beforehand to give you a head start.
Key Responsibilities:
Time spent working either as a Main Contractor MEP PM/TSM and working on largescale projects. A calm but decisive communicator who is experienced dealing with both clients and the subcontractor supply chain. The ability to validate the MEP designs as they come in for installation, and also to validate any design changes. A good understanding of UK Building Regulations and the compliance aspects of project delivery. An incredible organiser who can plan around issues to resolve them as and when they come up.
Our client has projects all over the UK, but this role is for their London region so projects that you undertake going forward will be inside the M25.
