Procurement Activities: Manage subcontract enquiries, conduct tender reviews, and oversee order production.
Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Background: Degree or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
MEP Expertise: Experience and a sound understanding of MEP systems and surveying practices.
Contractual Knowledge: Familiarity with main forms of contract, such as JCT and NEC.
Skillset: Strong numerical, communication, and negotiation skills with proficiency in standard QS tools.
