MEP Revit Coordinator

Location: Essex, UK Job Type: Contract (6-month initial assignment with potential for extension) Join a dynamic and innovative firm based in Essex, specialising in delivering high-quality MEP services across various sectors including, Data Centres, Commercial, Medical, & Residential. We are currently seeking a MEP Revit Coordinator dedicated to excellence and committed to providing sustainable and efficient solutions for our clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

Coordinate and manage MEP projects using Revit software. Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for MEP systems. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. Conduct clash detection and resolve any conflicts within the Revit model. Prepare and review technical drawings and documentation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Provide technical support and training to team members on Revit best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM (Building Information Modelling) standards and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a MEP Revit Coordinator or similar role. Proficiency in Revit software and BIM processes. Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Relevant qualifications in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
