Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior MEP Revit Technician, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, responsible for:
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop detailed MEP Revit models.
Ensuring accurate and efficient preparation of construction drawings and documentation.
Coordinating with engineers and other stakeholders to integrate design changes into the models.
Conducting clash detection and resolving coordination issues within the BIM environment.
Staying updated with industry standards and ensuring compliance in all designs.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications:
2 + years experience as an MEP Revit Technician in a consultancy environment.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
Knowledge of MEP systems and construction documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
