Monitor inventory levels, making recommendations for stock replenishment and potential trading actions. Ensures that best sellers reach their full potential, and any product risks are identified and managed in a timely manner. Controls stock levels based on weekly sales and stock intakes (WSSI). Ownership of building and utilising season reviews/lessons learnt to support in future planning. Alongside the Design and wider product team, develop and maintain the merchandise plan, ensuring that it aligns with company objectives, customer demand and financial targets. Ownership of EOSS and exit strategy of product lines, signing off with Merchandising Director and CCO Collaborate with wider commercial teams (marketing, trading and Ecom) to develop commercial strategies and plans. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and terms. Drive and understand the product teams’ critical path, liaising with suppliers to ensure deliveries are on time for key launches. Day to day management of the MAA and AM to ensure their workload is prioritised correctly with the current needs of the business. Any other ad hoc duties as required. Essential Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in merchandising, maths, business, or a related field. Currently operating at a Junior Merchandiser level or already operating at Merchandising level in the apparel and fashion industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
