Job Summary: The Merchandiser Planner will be responsible for planning and managing the product assortment, inventory levels, and sales forecasts to maximize profitability and ensure the right products are available at the right time. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute merchandise plans that align with the company’s financial goals and brand strategy. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product assortment and inventory decisions. Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure product launches are timely and successful. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to optimize sales and minimize markdowns. Prepare and present regular sales and inventory reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the product range. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from initial concept through to end-of-life. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning, preferably within the lingerie or fashion industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other planning tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience with inventory management systems and retail analytics software. A keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for the lingerie industry. Preferred Experience: Experience in other fashion industries such as apparel, accessories, or footwear. Knowledge of supply chain and production processes.
