are at the very heart of our stores. Always putting customer experience first, they take ownership of store standards and the overall visual aspect of the store. They work with their Deputy and Store Manager to ensure the store trades to the best of their ability.
Merchandising Supervisors

You will be responsible for the set up and task management of campaigns throughout the year, including seasonal promotions and sales.
Working with your Deputy Store Manager to identify sales opportunities and have a keen eye for Merchandising.
Working with the Stock and Delivery Supervisor to deliver strong store standards.
What we'll look for in you
That you’re a polite and focused individual who is able to motivate and lead a growing team.
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail environment so you’ll understand the importance of being completely customer-focused, always aiming to communicate effectively and ultimately selling more.
You’ll be a flexible individual able to work across the
weekends and evenings .
A passion for retail and approach to work with a positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
