Experience with construction products, equipment, and services, or a managerial/supervisory background within a related industry. Consistently achieves and exceeds performance targets through effective task prioritisation and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development and the continuous enhancement of product knowledge. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction. Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and resourceful in overcoming challenges and driving success. Demonstrate knowledge of the equipment, products, and services offered by HSS to customers, including special features, return policies, and warranties, to effectively drive sales. Make products appealing to customers by tailoring recommendations to their needs, the environment, and current trends. Consistently strive to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive strategies and exceptional customer engagement. Monitor and analyse sales figures and marketing metrics to assess performance and identify growth opportunities. Evaluate business trends, such as monthly sales rates, to support informed decision-making. Stay informed with competitors and monitor local developments and projects within the area.
