We're working with a PE-Backed Business to build out their M&A team for a role in the UK. You will have a wide variety of duties, and actively engage in the negotiation process to support corporate expansion on a global scale. Responsibilities: Involvement in all areas related to the planning and carrying out of M&A deals Analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities Conduct market research and gathering information Your profile: A degree in any relevant discipline, such as business, finance, or economics A minimum of one to three years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry working in an M&A role Solid understanding of M&A and the capacity to use your abilities creatively Financial modelling expertise Preferably past expertise in PE-backed companies Excellent communication and negotiating abilities Excellent written and spoken English Skills
