Our client is a highly acquisitive software business, which as part of its expansion strategy in UK is now looking for an M&A Country Lead.
The business is looking to acquire software companies in the UK with recurring revenue between $2-20M. This is an amazing opportunity to create and implement a the strategy in a new geography. You will be solely responsible for deal sourcing and end-to-end deal execution.
The role:
- Work and manage processes and live deals from origination to close
- Conducting financial modelling, valuations, and negotiations
- Acquire 2-5 businesses a year
- Report directly to Head of M&A
Essential Background:
- 5-8 years of M&A experience
- Strong academic record
- Extensive network of bankers and advisors in the UK
- Background of Financial Modelling, Valuations
- Excellent collaborative working skills
- Strong origination skills
