Key Responsibilities: Deal Leadership: Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, from deal origination, due diligence, financial modelling, to closing. Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers. Business Development: Expand the M&A practice by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and growing the client portfolio.
