Purpose As our new M&A Analyst / Manager you will work on the ongoing development and execution of Hubexo’s M&A strategy and inorganic growth plan. The M&A Analyst / Manager will support the acquisition process end-to-end, from pipeline to deal execution and post-merger integration. The role is a Group function but will be based out of Hubexo’s UK operations. The role can be performed on a remote basis as long as the place of work is within the UK and you have the Right to Work in the UK. Key Responsibilities Support with maintenance of the M&A pipeline, including performing market research and target identification. Assist with conducting initial analysis on targets and drafting of preliminary assessment reports. Creating detailed (3-statement) financial models, valuation exercises, synergy assessment and return sensitivity analysis on M&A targets for discussion and inclusion in reports. Support with drafting material for presentation to the M&A Committee and Board, including pipeline review documents, comprehensive Investment Memos and ad-hoc reports. Engage in the due-diligence process, including VDR document review, DD workshops, Q&A as well as collaboration with external advisers and reviewing their DD reports. Coordinating with third-party advisers on transactional matters, including setting up and managing internal calls and meetings, produce minutes, actions and follow-up with relevant stakeholders. Support cross-functional coordination with internal departments to support transaction execution and post-merger integration. Maintaining M&A templates, market scans and valuation trends. Creating reports on an ad-hoc basis and at the discretion of the M&A leadership. Effectively coordinating and managing multiple M&A projects simultaneously while staying on top of workstreams and prioritising tasks. Technical/Job Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Mathematics or Economics. ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified – or working toward - highly desirable. Demonstrable experience in transaction services, investment banking, private equity, corporate development. End-to-end experience in an M&A process is essential. Experience in managing and closing M&A transactions. Some understanding of B2B SaaS business models / tech businesses and interest in the construction technology industry. Advanced skills in MS Excel and competent in the use of software products including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint – excellent financial modelling capability. Proficiency in the English language with very strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a high growth, fast-paced, international and dynamic environment. Effective communication skills, including the ability to present and communicate to internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinking individual with structured and target oriented approach.
