What we can offer you In this role, you can expect a competitive salary between 115,000 GBP and 175,000 GBP per annum, commensurate with your experience. Your key responsibilities as the M&A Director In this role, you'll join a team dedicated to providing value-driven advice and solutions across various services. With deep knowledge of business and market dynamics, the team navigates the evolving risks and opportunities facing clients. They work on strategy, operations, and improvement at both project and transactional levels, offering expertise in technology and risk advisory. You'll engage in exciting financial operations and business deals, gaining valuable experience while collaborating with some of the industry's top professionals.

Requirements The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, having successfully led projects to completion. Experience with private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity firms is essential. Candidates should be ACA/ACCA qualified (or hold an equivalent qualification) or have relevant work experience. Additionally, previous staff management or supervisory experience is required.
