To effectively engage young people with neurodiverse conditions, to create a pathway to employment for young people aged 18-24 yrs who are not in education, training or employment. To provide intensive mentoring to young people, managing a case load of 15 young people at any one time. To recruit and undertake initial assessments and to develop a personalised pathway, utilising personal development tools designed for the programme. To undertake supported signposting into other services within the Youth Hub and externally. To enhance young people’s employability and support entry into employment including post-employment support. To hold a recognised qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 in a subject related to Young People. Deadline:
