MET Technician

MET Technician , you will report to the Bodyshop Manager, dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles according to detailed repair estimates, ensuring safety procedures are followed throughout the process. They will consider both qualified and non-qualified MET Technicians. You will be responsible for: Supervising the professional stripping and rebuilding of vehicles, ensuring quality checks and overseeing non-qualified staff. Ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes. Notifying the Bodyshop Team Leader of any additional work required while servicing a vehicle. Verifying parts are ordered as per the estimate to avoid delays and returning unused parts for credit. Complying with all housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations related to your role. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a MET Technician, MET Fitter, Trim Technician, Diagnostic Technician or in a similar role. At least 5 years of MET experience. Ideally hold an ATA qualification. Background in dismantling and reassembling vehicle components.
