Up to GBP36,000 + Plus benefits What you will be doing: Joining the UK’s largest vehicle leasing company, you will be part of the vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire. Reporting into the cosmetic team leads, your principal objective will be to ensure that vehicles are prepared in accordance with the required reconditioning standards. Your role as a MET technician is crucial for ensuring that vehicles meet company-specific performance and quality standards by enhancing the appearance of their vehicle’s paintwork. Key responsibilities include: Removing/refitting components and damaged panels for cosmetic preparation. Using state-of-the-art digital job cards to complete work lines and order necessary parts. Accessing the latest tooling and diagnostic equipment to assist with ADAS calibration, fault finding, and rectification. About you: We are looking for a MET technician with a passion for the automotive industry who prioritizes quality at every step. Your keen eye for detail and technical knowledge will ensure accurate repairs to high standards. Proficiency in the latest methods is essential, and you should enjoy working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with your team to achieve goals. Minimum criteria: Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK Diagnostic experience Strip/fit experience EV basic awareness (Desirable but not required) ADAS calibration experience (Desirable but not required) Who you will be working with: As an MET Technician, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality vehicles to customers.
