MET Technician
to join an independent vehicle repair centre. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £18 - £22 per hour. As a
MET Technician , you will be stripping and refitting vehicles, including wheel alignment and light mechanical work. You will be responsible for: Carry out precise and efficient vehicle repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Utilise specialised tools and equipment for mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs. Dismantle and reassemble vehicles, removing and installing components as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout all repair tasks. Work closely with team members, providing updates and sharing relevant information. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a MET Technician or in a similar role in the automotive industry. Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs. Hold a ATA/NVQ Level 2/3 qualification. Skilled in using diagnostic equipment and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot faults effectively.
