The main responsibilities of the role include: Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a high standard. Dismantling and rebuilding vehicles as instructed. Understanding and implementing technical methods manuals and other specialist information. Reporting unseen damage, absent from the estimate as soon as it is identified. Working within agreed estimated repair times. Safeguarding customer's vehicles whilst they are being repaired/serviced. Working in a way that minimizes wastage of all parts, paints, and materials. Contributing to and maintaining a safe working environment. The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm. Who are we looking for? Ideal applicants will: Have previous experience working as an MET Technician. Work efficiently and to a very high standard. Show excellent attention to detail. Demonstrate an ability to perform well under pressure. Have a positive, team player attitude. Perform well as an individual and also in a team. Have a good awareness of Health and Safety. Up to £33,280 depending on level of experience, Uncapped Time Saved Bonus, Overtime and great company benefits.
