Accurate estimation of architectural metalworks & cladding projects Timely completion of quotations Keeping the customer informed and up-to-date Ensuring sufficient information is available to price the project Organisation and planning of tenders in collaboration with the pre-contract team Identification of process issues and suggestions for improvement Sales and best value proposals Tender analysis Materials take-offs ready for procurement Internal handover meetings to the post contract team Attending pre-contract and post tender meetings Develop knowledge of the pre-contract process To improve and optimise strike rate To support the team with excellent technical knowledge Pricing variations
