Met Command & Control provides London's police response service, handling thousands of emergency and non-emergency calls daily. We're seeking people-focused individuals to join our newly formed Welfare Support Team, established to improve support for our workforce and enhance recognition and reward systems. As a Welfare Support Team Supervisor, you'll promote engagement across the command, assist in creating a culture of inclusivity and confidence, and ensure wellbeing services are offered to staff. You'll work closely with first-line managers to address staff welfare needs and help develop people strategies. Your Key Responsibilities
Lead a specialist team promoting and supporting staff welfare for Met Command & Control. Improve the support offered to employees and enhance recognition and reward systems. Work to reduce absenteeism and address staff welfare needs. Coordinate welfare support services and assist first-line managers. Help create a culture of inclusivity and confidence throughout Met Command & Control. What We Offer
