What You Will Do: Develop and pre-develop programs for 3D scanning and measurement of new products, ensuring precision and compliance with specifications. Collaborate closely with the design team to optimize measurement features and tolerances, contributing to the high-quality standards of products. Generate First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) for all mould parts by drawing release, ensuring all modifications and revisions are accurately reported. Provide quality support for projects, ensuring all project team members have up-to-date and accurate CTS data. Conduct statistical studies and continuous improvement processes to enhance the efficiency of the 3D scanning and measurement processes. Liaise with customers and support customer quality representatives on projects, showcasing your expertise and maintaining high standards of communication and service. What You Will Bring: Proven experience in Metrology, with a strong ability to program 3D Scanning machines using Polyworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A solid understanding of GD&T, along with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models. Knowledge of inspection techniques for plastic parts and a commitment to adhering to health and safety policies.
