Exciting Opportunities for MFL Instructor in Colchester Are you a passionate and dedicated MFL Instructor looking for an exciting opportunity to teach modern foreign languages in a supportive school environment? Our schools in Colchester are seeking a skilled MFL Instructor to join our team immediately. As an MFL Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality language education to our students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for languages. Whether you specialise in French, Spanish, German, or another language, your expertise will be invaluable in helping our students achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons that cater to various learning styles. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students in developing their language skills and cultural awareness. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and share best practices. Requirements:

A degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field. Proven experience in teaching MFL at secondary school level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
