James Adams is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with extensive experience working on Market Wide Half Hourly (MHHS) projects. This is a permanent position working remote.


Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical, multi-million-pound project focused on the implementation of Market Wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) in 2024. This high-profile role requires a hands-on, autonomous individual to oversee complex technical tasks and collaborate with a talented team of engineers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Governance: Manage and maintain the MHHS project governance framework, including tracking, issues, and risk management.
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated project plan across multiple CRM, Billing, and Connectivity products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors and clients.
  • Scope and Quality: Define and manage project scope, set quality standards, and assess and mitigate risks.
  • Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to management, escalating issues as necessary.


Key Skills and Experience

  • Deep Understanding of MHHS: Proven expertise in the energy market, particularly in relation to MHHS.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS products and energy industry technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
