About the role: In this role you’ll provide analytical support and reporting for key stakeholders on core processes key performance, business critical activities and service requests strategic objectives. You’ll be providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to track and inform key stakeholders of business performance, providing insight and trend analysis to key stakeholders for business committee reviews. You’ll work with a wider range of stakeholders internal and externally including third parties supporting management of contract performance, as well as regulatory reporting for self-confidence and quality assurance. Working to tight turnarounds and business reporting periods such as month end requirements you’ll need to be self-organised and confident with prioritisation of work. Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you’ll have: Strong data and excel skills An understanding of the Electricity industry and its associated third-party arrangements A proven ability to deliver through others by using your strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills The ability to interpret data and form easily understood outcomes, visuals and insights. You’ll be an organised individual with a keen eye for detail as you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and you’ll need to meet multiple daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. You’ll help us shape the future by looking for ways to continuously make improvement to our processes and data governance which will support the business and the customer.
