Head of End User Adoption Changing Social is a Microsoft 365 Adoption and Change Management Consultancy, with three distinct practice areas; Strategy and Change team, End User Adoption team and The Power Platform team. The Microsoft 365 trainer role sits within Strategy and Change and is focused on creating and delivering engaging training sessions that delight our customers and equip them with knowledge of not only the M365 tools but solid foundations in best practice and ways of working within M365 as a suite of applications. As a Microsoft 365 trainer, you will be responsible for engaging with our clients, to develop and create world-class training discovery and plans, engaging content and deliver their training needs to support them with the adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies. You will also work with our internal teams to, develop and design training that can be added to our catalogue that aligns to the evergreen nature of M365. This role requires someone who has extensive and proven experience in a training delivery and content creation role, who loves to teach and who also thrives on learning new skills themselves. Your Experience: 3-5 years professional experience of working in training role, creating innovative and engaging training content. 2-3 years' experience working with M365 suite of collaboration applications. Knowledge of the Power Platform is advantageous but not essential. An understanding of Prosci ADKAR change frameworks and how to apply it to your content is an advantage but not essential Able to communicate technical or complex solutions to non-technically savvy people in a way that they understand. Delivered training through different Microsoft platforms and understands the effectiveness of tools such as Viva Engage, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. Role Description : As part of a team of trainers, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of M365 training sessions to our clients in the USA and the UK. Partner with clients to understand their requirements and the organisation we will be operating within Support the creation of training materials to deliver our existing and new services, for example, the Digital Champions as a Service programme and Citizen Developer University. Internal improvements. You will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of our training bookings process and training content catalogue. Creation and editing of training videos is desired but not essential. Your Attributes: Outstanding communication skills are essential, you will be interacting with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, and you must be an effective communicator, both written and verbal. Organised, highly communicative, with meticulous attention to detail who can prioritise high volumes of work and deliver at pace. Positive, engaging, and personable with a customer orientated mindset to manage some of the worlds most renowned and reputable organisations. Detail and results orientated, focused on customer success, and supporting Changing Socials business goals. With an ambition to grow, learn, develop, and work out loud. Is enthusiastic about, new ways of working, digital technologies, behavioural and organisational change. Comfortable talking to C-Level stakeholders and wider business audiences. Visually creative, to create world-class learning and training content to engage with training attendees in different formats.
