Microsoft Data Architect (Fabric) Manchester (Hybrid) Salary Neg D.O.E

Our client, a leading data consultancy, is looking for Data Architects to provide strategic advice and expertise to help clients develop data assets for decision-making and business objectives. They guide clients through complex data architecture challenges, proposing and delivering suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Recommend best practices and innovative architectures. Build strong client relationships, presenting deliverables confidently. Shape data strategies and encourage best practice adoption. Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders. Deliver projects to agreed timelines and quality standards. Contribute to standard architecture patterns within the practice. Implement Fabric solutions (Lakehouse and Warehouse). Optimise resource consumption and costs. Debug, test, and document solutions. Key Skills and Experience

Proficient in 3NF/Kimball data modeling. Expertise in Modern Data Warehouse architectures. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Synapse Analytics. Skilled in Microsoft Fabric solutions. Strong SQL, NoSQL, CosmosDB, and KQL knowledge. Experience with cloud and on-premises data pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. It would be advantageous if you are certified in the following: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate/DP-203 Azure Data Engineering/ AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect.
