Lead the technical and architectural design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales & Field Services solutions. Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with BAs, functional leads, and end-users to ensure the architecture aligns with business needs. Integration & Data Management:

Design solutions that seamlessly integrate with third-party systems and oversee data migration processes. Team Leadership:

Guide and support developers and SMEs, ensuring technical excellence across projects. Technical Delivery:

Collaborate with delivery teams to implement scalable, high-performance solutions. Pre-Sales & Strategy:

Support pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and delivering demonstrations to prospective clients. What We're Looking For Extensive experience as a Technical Consultant or Solution Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM). Proven track record of full lifecycle D365 CE implementations (Sales & Field Services). Deep understanding of SQL Server, SSRS, .NET, Web APIs, C#, and JavaScript. Ability to write high-level solution architecture & detailed technical design documentation. Experience working with Azure, Power Platform, and Customer Insights is a plus. TOGAF certification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certifications (MB-210) are highly desirable. Why Join?
