We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Team, who are building amazing new tech to help our clients improve their health and wellbeing. This includes three main products:

GLOJI - our digital health and wellbeing platform - which helps people to lose weight, stop smoking, get more active and improve their overall health.

BASECAMP - our client management system - which allows us to secure and manage client data and operate our services.

MANvFAT - our network of weight loss football clubs - which brings football and weight loss together for overweight guys.

We've got an excellent digital team, comprised of Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Software Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts. The Power Platform has become an increasingly important part of our tech stack; therefore, we're looking to recruit a Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Thrive Tribe’s Product Team to understand our product vision and goals and refine requirements that will be delivered via the Power Platform.

Design reusable Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements and support the operational delivery of Thrive Tribe services.

Own the implementation of key Power Platform technologies including: Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Microsoft Power Automate, Plumsail Forms, and more.

Maintain our Power Platform solutions and the associated infrastructure, resolving bugs and issues as they arise.

KEY EXPERIENCE

Experience of implementing Power Platform solutions.

An understanding of JavaScript to maintain and develop Power Platform Plugins.

An understanding of datasets and data structures.

A passion for understanding and learning new technologies.

A highly proactive and problem-solving mindset.

A determination for continuous improvement.

Experience of working as part of an Agile team.

BONUS POINTS FOR

Experience of implementing technology in a healthcare or public health context.

Experience using delivery management software such as MS Azure DevOps.

Experience with the Power Platform AI Builder.

CONTRACT

Permanent/full time.

SALARY

£30-35,000 depending on experience.

CLOSING DATE

LOCATION

Remote with very occasional travel to Stratford, London.
