We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Intune Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) to support endpoint device management and security across our global IT infrastructure. This role focuses on the deployment, management, and security of devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) through Intune, while ensuring seamless integration with other M365 services. You’ll also provide 2nd/3rd line support and contribute to continuous improvements in our M365 environment. Location:

Hybrid (UK-based, with occasional travel to London, Peterborough and overseas) Your responsibilities Manage and secure devices across multiple platforms and deploy/manage apps to ensure secure access to corporate resources. Implement endpoint security policies (e.g., antivirus, encryption), conditional access, and compliance configurations. Work with Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and other M365 services to provide unified management and enhance security. Develop PowerShell scripts for automating tasks, optimizing deployments, and improving security compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, provide major incident support, and guide less experienced team members. Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures; generate reports to track usage, compliance, and risks. Work with internal teams and third parties to drive continuous improvement and stay informed about product developments. What You’ll Bring 3+ years in IT, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and M365 (including Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint). Strong knowledge of device management, security policies, and application deployment. Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation. Expertise in security practices like device encryption, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint protection. M365 Knowledge: Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Graph API, and other M365 tools. Experience working in multinational teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, and understanding of M365 licensing and migrations.
