is required by a growing consultancy specializing in modern workplace solutions and public sector projects. Work on impactful solutions in a fast-paced, agile team delivering innovative communication technologies. To be successful, you need to have designed and deployed solutions across the following technologies: Microsoft Teams Voice: Enablement, number allocation, building IVRs, troubleshooting. Contact Center design and deployment experience with CCaaS platforms like Luware or Anywhere365. Skills in running workshops, technical project management, documenting designs, and SOWs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Designing, deploying, and managing Teams Voice solutions tailored to diverse clients. This involves Teams-to-Teams migrations, Contact Center solutions for local authorities, and specialized systems for unique communication needs.
