Joining us as a Microsoft Technology Manager As a Microsoft Technology Manager, you will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. You will provide technical leadership and support for all Microsoft 365 applications, working closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors. You'll receive a competitive

salary of up to £99,000 , a car allowance, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Develop and execute the Microsoft 365 roadmap, aligning with business needs and IT and Security strategy Lead the design, deployment, and management of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring a secure and efficient environment Conduct large-scale reviews of Microsoft 365 platforms to assess and recommend features, updates, and integrations Implement and maintain security best practices within the Microsoft 365 environment, including data protection, access control, and threat management Drive cost savings within Microsoft 365 by optimising usage and managing licenses effectively Present business cases to senior leadership or boards, gaining approval for major initiatives What you'll bring to the role You will bring substantial experience in IT, with time spent specialising in Microsoft 365 administration and support. You'll also have: Proven experience in deploying, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services in a mid to large-scale enterprise environment Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and best practices Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of Microsoft 365 services Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender and Purview security and compliance tools Experience with using Entra ID (Azure AD) as an identity provider (IdP) Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging We're a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
