BettingJobs is working with a B2B iGaming sweepstakes platform provider who are looking for a Mid-Level Designer to join their team in Norfolk.
Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, balancing aesthetics with usability.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create designs aligned with business goals and user needs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design marketing assets, banners, and promotional materials for the platform.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and modern look.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a designer in a digital or tech-focused environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, branding, and marketing materials.
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform compatibility.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
Familiarity with basic front-end development principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
Experience in the iGaming, entertainment, or similar industry is advantageous.
Animation and motion design experience (e.g., After Effects).
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.
