As a Mid-Level Product Designer (Designer I) on the Consumer Team, you’ll work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and engineers to create user-centric solutions that amplify the voice of our customers. You’ll play a critical role in delivering delightful and accessible designs that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll be working on projects that range from concepting and wireframing to prototyping and final execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and present multiple design paths
  • Use research and customer feedback to inform design decisions and influence future roadmaps, ensuring we are building for real-world needs
  • Collaborating with senior designers and product managers in bringing larger strategic initiatives to life, supporting with mocks, decks, and documentation
  • Develop a deep understanding of Trustpilot’s design principles and use industry patterns to inspire your work
  • Prototype ideas to illustrate complex user flows and bring your designs to life.
  • Present your work to stakeholders with confidence and clarity, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Deliver high-quality work consistently, sometimes even ahead of schedule.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring them to the team’s attention.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring all designs support diverse user groups effectively

Who You Are:

  • You have a solid portfolio showcasing experience in product design, ideally in a consumer-facing digital environment
  • You have a foundational understanding of user experience principles, with a keen eye for details
  • You’re comfortable working in a SaaS, agile environment and are familiar with Figma or similar design tools
  • You’re curious and open to learning, always seeking out new methods to elevate your design process
  • You have advanced communication skills and can articulate your ideas effectively to a range of stakeholders
