Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success. Market Expertise:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position Triptease as a thought leader. Provide valuable feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform innovation and market alignment. Performance & Collaboration:
Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Deliver accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team. Partner with internal stakeholders to maximize brand impact and enhance go-to-market strategies. About You Experience:
3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in mid-market or enterprise segments. Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Mindset:
Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer value. Language:
